Everything merchants and service providers need to know about selling on Goffery.
These Seller Terms supplement Goffery's general Terms of Service and apply specifically to merchants and service providers who publish offers on the Platform. By creating a seller account or listing any offer, you agree to these Seller Terms.
As a verified seller on Goffery, you join a community of trusted providers committed to quality offers and excellent customer service. These terms protect both you and your customers.
Eligibility is reviewed on an ongoing basis. We may suspend accounts that no longer meet our standards or violate these Terms.
Verified sellers receive a badge, higher search rankings, and increased buyer trust — making verification well worth the process.
Applied on every completed sale. No listing fees, no monthly charges — you only pay when you sell.

Changes to the fee schedule will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. New fees apply only to transactions after the effective date.
When a buyer pays a 10% booking deposit on one of your priced offers, the following obligations apply:
The 10% deposit is held by Goffery until the transaction is completed. Upon completion, it is applied toward the buyer's total payment and included in your payout after fees.
All listings are subject to review. We may request edits or remove listings that do not meet our standards, without notice.
Goffery AI Studio is an optional set of AI tools available in your seller dashboard: offer analysis, marketing-plan generation, ad image and video creation, brand character creation, and social media publishing.
Listing prohibited items may result in immediate removal, account suspension, and referral to relevant Omani authorities.
Accounts that consistently fall below these standards may be restricted, demoted in search rankings, or suspended.

Upon termination, any outstanding payouts will be processed after a 30-day review period, subject to pending disputes and outstanding fees.
These Seller Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes arising from these Terms fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Muscat, Oman.
