Terms of Service
The agreement governing your use of the Goffery offers platform — please read carefully.

1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Goffery ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Goffery offers platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
Important
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users — visitors, registered buyers, sellers, and service providers. Certain features may be subject to additional terms, including our Seller Terms and Privacy Policy, each incorporated herein by reference.
2 Platform Description
Goffery is an online offers platform that connects buyers with verified merchants and service providers. The Platform enables users to discover, browse, book, and purchase offers covering physical products, professional services, food and dining, and digital goods.
Core Features
Offer Listings: Merchants and service providers publish time-limited or standing deals with defined prices and terms
Offer Booking: Users may reserve any priced offer by paying a 10% booking deposit
Direct Purchase: Users may complete full transactions without booking
Messaging: Direct communication between buyers and sellers
Reviews: Verified rating and review system
Platform Role
Goffery acts as an intermediary marketplace. We do not own, sell, or control the products or services offered by sellers. All transactions are between the buyer and the relevant seller or service provider.
3 User Eligibility
Age & Capacity
You must be at least 18 years old to register or transact on the Platform
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
You must not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable Omani law
Prohibited Users
Individuals or entities previously suspended or banned from Goffery
Sellers of prohibited or restricted items under Omani law
Competitors using the Platform solely to gather competitive intelligence
Verification
We reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested verification may result in account suspension or termination.
4 User Accounts
Registration
To access Platform features you must create an account by providing a valid email address, a secure password, and accurate profile information. Sellers must also complete our identity and business verification process.
Your Responsibilities
Keep your login credentials confidential
Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
Maintain accurate, current, and complete account information
Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts without permission
5 Offers & Booking
A core feature of the Platform is the ability to book any priced offer — whether a product or service — by paying a 10% booking deposit before completing the full transaction.
Booking Deposit Policy — 10%
Amount: The booking deposit equals 10% of the offer's stated price
Eligible Offers: Any offer with a published price, covering both products and services
Deduction: The deposit is deducted from the total amount when the transaction is completed
Confirmation: Once the seller confirms the booking, the deposit becomes non-refundable
Pre-confirmation Cancellation: If you cancel before the seller confirms, the deposit may be refunded subject to an administrative fee deducted by Goffery
No Booking for Unpriced Services: Services without a stated price are not eligible for the booking deposit system
Seller Obligations on Booked Offers
Sellers must respond to booking requests within the timeframe specified in their listing
Once a seller confirms a booking, they are obligated to honour the offer at the agreed price
Sellers may not alter the offer terms after a booking deposit has been received
Failure to honour a confirmed booking may result in account suspension and mandatory refund
General Offer Rules
All offers must display an accurate, final price inclusive of applicable taxes
Offers must accurately represent the product or service provided
Time-limited offers are binding for their stated duration
Goffery reserves the right to remove any offer that violates platform policies
6 Payments & Fees
Platform Fees (Sellers)
Commission: 2% of each completed sale
Payment Processing: Standard processor fees apply per transaction
Withdrawal Fee: $2.5 per withdrawal
Featured Listings: Optional; fees disclosed at time of selection
Seller Payouts
Funds are held until delivery or service confirmation
Minimum withdrawal: $50
Withdrawals processed within 1–3 business days
Refunds & Cancellations
Full purchases: cancellation allowed within 1 hour if the seller has not yet processed the order
Booking deposits: governed by the Booking Deposit Policy in Section 5
Goffery may issue refunds for confirmed platform policy violations
Tax Obligations
Each user is solely responsible for all taxes applicable to their transactions. Sellers operating in the Sultanate of Oman must comply with the Oman Tax Authority requirements.
7 User Conduct
Prohibited Activities
Post illegal, harmful, offensive, or deceptive content
Manipulate prices, create fake reviews, or engage in fraudulent activity
Circumvent security features or scrape platform data
Impersonate any person or entity
Use the Platform to sell prohibited or restricted items under Omani law
Seller Conduct
Accurately describe all products and services
Honour all completed sales and confirmed bookings
Respond to buyer communications within 48 hours
Comply with applicable Omani commerce and consumer protection regulations
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, listing removal, account suspension, permanent ban, or referral to competent authorities in the Sultanate of Oman.
8 Disputes & Returns
When issues arise between buyers and sellers, we encourage direct resolution first. If unsuccessful, our dispute process applies.
Dispute Process
Direct Communication: Contact the other party through our messaging system
Platform Mediation: File a dispute via your account dashboard if unresolved within 72 hours
Investigation: Our team reviews evidence from both parties
Decision: A binding resolution is issued within 5–7 business days
Time Limits
Damaged items: 48 hours from delivery
Item not as described: 7 days from delivery
Non-delivery: 30 days from expected delivery date
Maximum dispute window: 60 days from purchase

9 Intellectual Property
Goffery owns all rights to the Platform software, design, trademarks, logos, and proprietary systems. By posting content, you grant Goffery a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content for platform operations and promotion.
You may not use Goffery trademarks or branding without written permission
Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights will be removed
Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated
Marketing plans, ad images, video, and other content generated using Goffery AI Studio are licensed to you for use in promoting your own offers on and off the Platform; Goffery makes no exclusivity claim over AI-generated output, but you remain responsible for how it is used
10 AI Studio & Tools
Goffery AI Studio is an optional set of AI-powered tools available to sellers, including offer analysis, marketing-plan generation, ad image and video creation, and social media publishing. Use of these tools is subject to the following:
AI-generated content (analysis, copy, images, video) is provided as a starting point only — it may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific offer, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving it before publishing
Using AI Studio involves sharing listing details, store information, and images with third-party AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy
Connecting a social media account to publish campaigns shares data with our publishing partner and the connected platform directly — you can disconnect at any time
AI Studio usage is subject to the credit allowance of your plan; Goffery may change credit pricing or available tools with reasonable notice
Goffery is not liable for the performance, accuracy, or outcome of any AI-generated content, or for how a connected social platform handles published content
11 Privacy & Data
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform you consent to those practices.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits, in compliance with applicable Omani data protection requirements.
12 Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Goffery does not endorse or assume responsibility for any products or services listed by sellers
We are not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of seller listings
We are not responsible for the ability of sellers to fulfil orders or buyers to pay
13 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, Goffery's total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Goffery in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) OMR 50.
Goffery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, data loss, or cost of substitute services.
14 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Muscat, Oman.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Omani law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
